The typical process begins with a free, no obligation, 20-minute client consultation, done via telephone. Through this phone call, I am able to get an understanding of your legal challenges and can advise on whether I am best suited to address your needs. This conversation will also include a discussion of my fee schedule so that you can make an informed decision about whether to move forward with the representation.

I am an experienced litigator with over ten years of trial experience. My litigation experience informs every aspect of work, allowing me to provide strategic and long-term solutions to the challenges faced by my clients.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
An individual seeking an attorney should ensure that they are comfortable with the level of communication that they are receiving from the legal service provider before engaging the services of that attorney. Any legal proceeding or undertaking requires a client to be able to ask questions, ask for clarification, and ask for updates. An attorney must be attentive and responsive to address the questions of their client as soon as possible. Always choose to work with someone with whom you can communicate effectively.

An individual facing a legal issue should think about the outcome that they desire and consider the time frame in which they would like to implement legal strategy. If those two guidelines are clear, it will assist the attorney in determining what your legal needs are and determining whether the attorney is best suited to address your legal needs.
